    Oat milk is a brilliant alternative to dairy milks and making your own means there are no added unknown ingredients.
With this @cleansupperclub_ recipe you can make pure oat milk or transform it into a healthy chocolate drink.

ICED CHOCOLATE & VANILLA HOMEMADE OAT MILK
Ingredients
1 cup of Mornflake Creamy Superfast Oats
1 litre of water + extra for soaking
2 tbsp. @naturesheartsuperfoods cacao powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp @meridianfoods date syrup (optional)
Pinch of salt
Serve over ice

Add the oats to a jug and pour over enough cold water to cover. Leave to soak for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.  Once soaked drain and thoroughly rinse the oats.
Add the rinsed oats to a high-powered blender with a litre of water and blend for 3 minutes.
Pour the blended oat liquid through a fine muslin cloth or fine straining bag. Firmly squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Discard the residual oats in the mesh. 
Quickly rinse the blender and return the oat milk to the blender. Add the cacao powder, vanilla extract and date syrup. Then bend together. 
Either poor into glasses over ice or store in a sealable glass bottle and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
As the milk contains no emulsifiers it may separate, just give it a good shake before serving.
Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
NOTE for pure oat milk do not add the flavouring ingredients.

    Delve through maple peaches to reach juicy bites of sliced peach in your creamy tahini porridge bowl from the @cleansupperclub.
Ingredients
80g of Mornflake Organic Creamy Oats
600ml of @plenishcleanse coconut milk
1 peach
1 tsp. of tahini
1 tbsp. Of @clarks_it maple syrup
Toppings
1 peach
1 tsp. of @meridianfoods tahini
1 tbsp. of @clarks_it  maple syrup
Granola of your choice
Weigh out the oats into a pan and pour over the coconut milk, add ½ a teaspoon of tahini and then slice one peach into small chunks and stir through the oats. Gently heat, stirring regularly until the oats are soft and creamy.
Slice one peach in half and carefully remove the stone. Add 1 tbsp. of maple syrup to a small frying pan and heat to a gentle simmer. Place the peach halves flesh side face down into the hot maple syrup, reduce the heat slightly and cook for 5 minutes. Take care that they don’t stick.
Spoon the porridge into bowls and top with a maple peach half, sliced almonds, drizzled tahini and chocolate granola.
