    Happy Friday all! Add a twist to your overnight oats with this Banana and Chocolate Bircher from @cleansupperclub_ deliciously layered with bircher oats, caramel chia and whipped yoghurt. Dreamy. Whip up this brilliant bircher recipe this weekend: Serves 2. Prep - The night before prepare the bircher and the chia pudding.
Ingredients: Bircher layer 100g Mornflake Gluten Free Superfast Oats, 1 banana (mashed) 2 tbsp. of cacao powder, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 250ml nut milk, Caramel Chia Pudding Layer 80g chia seeds, 260ml nut milk, 3 tsps. Grade A maple syrup (to taste)  To Serve: 1 banana, sliced, 3-4 dessert spoons of Coconut yoghurt, Cacao nibs, Chocolate drizzle, Oat Layer: Weigh out the oats into a large jar or bowl; add the milk and maple syrup and stir together well. Seal and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, remove the bircher and caramel chia pudding from the fridge. Choose a medium sized glass or jar and spoon in the banana and chocolate bircher, add the caramel chia layer and top with a couple of spoonfuls of coconut yoghurt and decorate with cacao nibs, sliced bananas and chocolate drizzle. #mightyoats #oatseveryday #oats #instafood  #instagood #mornflake #inspiration #chia #chocolate #bircher #breakfast #weekend #Friday #mealprep #foodie #overnightoats #glutenfree #recioe #instarecipe
