Mash your banana into a mixing bowl, then mix your egg with the protein powder and Mornflake Superfast Oats.
Add a splash of milk to bring the mixture together, then add the mixture to a microwave-safe dish – microwave for around three minutes on medium power, or until the top is completely matte and fully cooked.
Remove from the microwave and set aside to cool.
For the toppings, brew 2 shots of espresso, then add 50ml of water, and maple syrup if you want some extra sweetness.
Mix your cream – add your yoghurt & syrup sweetener to a bowl, with a splash of vanilla extract until you’re happy with the sweetness of the cream.
Pinprick the top of your microwaved oats, then pour over your coffee mixture evenly, allowing it to sink in.
Top with your yoghurt cream, then dust with cocoa powder when you’re ready to serve.
