Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie

You don’t have to traipse to the coffee shop to get your favourite flavour of coffee any more! What’s more, our smoothie version has way less sugar than those lattes. Creamy, healthy, delicious – ours is the pumpkin spice latte they *wish* they could be.

260g pumpkin puree

120ml greek yoghurt

150ml almond milk

60ml coffee

4 tbsp Mornflake Scottish Jumbo Oats

1 frozen banana

2 tsp maple syrup

2 tsp pumpkin spice*

A handful of ice

*To make your own pumpkin spice mix, combine 4 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp ground cloves and ½ tsp nutmeg.


Toppings (optional)

A spoonful of coconut yoghurt, or thick cream

A sprinkle pumpkin spice

Shop the ingredients


Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.


Pour the smoothie between 2 glasses and serve with a spoonful of yoghurt / cream, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
