For the dumplings, chop up your prawns into a puree, then add your finely sliced spring onions, Mornflake Medium Oatmeal and seasonings, and mix your puree.
Lay out your dumpling wrappers, adding 1 tsp of the paste to the centre of each wrapper.
One by one, wet the edge of your wrapper, then fold as seen in the video.
Repeat with all the wrappers until you’ve used all your mixture, then fry your dumplings in 1 tbsp of hot oil to brown the bottoms, then add a splash of water, cover the pan with a lid, steaming the dumplings for a minute or 2.
Plate up 6 of your dumplings for each person, with spring onions, chilli oil, and soy sauce to dip.
