It only take five ingredients to make these sweet and chewy energy-boosting balls. They’re packed with high fibre figs and all the goodness of oats. Perfect for a mid afternoon pick me up.
140g dried figs
75g dates, destoned
80g desiccated coconut
80g almond butter
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined and the mixture holds when pressed together in your hand.
Take a small handful of mixture, squeeze together and roll between your hands to create a ball. Repeat until you have made all the energy balls. Place in the fridge so they become firm.
Store in an airtight container, store in the fridge and eat within 4-5 days.
