Enjoy the sweet-tart combination of apple and blackcurrants in these creamy overnight oats. Add a layer of coconut yoghurt, apple slices, blackcurrants and a drizzle of honey before serving.
For the overnight oats
50g Mornflake Organic Superfast Oats
125ml almond milk
½ apple, grated
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 apple, sliced
4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
Drizzle of honey
To make the overnight oats
To prep the overnight oats, add the oats, almond milk, ½ grated apple, 15g of the blackcurrants and ground cinnamon to a Kilner Glass Breakfast Jar. Stir together, screw on the lid and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning remove the overnight oats from the fridge. Add a layer of coconut yoghurt, add sliced apple, more blackcurrants and a drizzle of honey.
