Warm, comforting baked oats topped with a golden crumble finish. The perfect cosy breakfast with all the flavours of your favourite dessert!

4 tbsp oat flour (Mornflake Superfast Oats blitzed into a flour)

1 tbsp butter, melted

1/2 tsp sugar or alternative

1 cup frozen berries

1 tbsp sugar

Preheat your oven to 170°C and lightly grease a small oven-safe ramekin or baking dish.
Add the frozen berries to the dish and sprinkle over 1 tbsp sugar. Stir lightly to coat the fruit evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix together the oat flour, oats, melted butter, and sugar until the mixture resembles a crumbly topping.
Scatter the crumble mixture evenly over the berries.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbling around the edges and the crumble topping is lightly golden.
Leave to cool slightly before serving. Delicious topped with yogurt, cream, or extra berries.
