One spoonful of creamy, chocolatey goodness at a time!
4 heaped tbsp of Mornflake Original Heart Healthy Oatbran
1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
200ml oat milk
100ml hot water
Pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp sugar or equivalent sweetener
1 tbsp yoghurt
Handful of roasted almonds
Add all the ingredients for the pudding to a bowl, stirring well.
Microwave at 600W in intervals of 30 seconds, stirring between each one.
After 3-4 minutes, you should have a thick pudding consistency.
Set aside for a couple of minutes to cool & thicken, then make your hot chocolate, using half the quantity of liquid you usually would (this is to pour over the top).
Spoon your chocolate pudding into 2 bowls (or save half for later), topping each bowl with 1 tbsp of yoghurt.
Pour over your hot chocolate, then top with flaked almonds and cacao nibs and serve.
