300g mixed berries (we used strawberries and raspberries)

240ml thick greek yoghurt (regular, or dairy-free)*

25g Mornflake Creamy Superfast Oats

1-2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp rose water (optional)

¼ tsp salt


To Serve

Fresh berries (we used raspberries)

A sprinkle of dried rose petals (optional)


* plain yoghurt can be used, but the drink will not be as thick


Simply place all of the ingredients for the berry lassi into a blender and blend until smooth.

Divide between two glasses and serve with fresh berries and dried rose petals.
