120g Mornflake Superfast Oats
240ml plain yoghurt (regular, or dairy-free)
240ml almond milk (or milk of choice)
30g almonds, roughly chopped
1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
A handful of fresh raspberries
6 peaches slices (3 per jar)
Additional chopped almonds
Simply place all of the ingredients for the peach melba oats into a bowl and stir until combined.
Divide between two jars, then store in the fridge overnight before serving.
Serve with fresh raspberries, peach slices, chopped almonds and a sprig of fresh mint.
