    Cut a few slices of banana and set aside for the topping. Place the rest of the banana in a bowl and mash.

    Mix in the whisked eggs, oats and cacao with a wooden spoon until combined and smooth.

    Place a little coconut oil in a frying pan and pour 1/6 of the mixture into the pan.

    Cook for 60 seconds, loosen the edges, flip and cook for a further 60 seconds.

  5. 5

    Pop on a plate and repeat until the rest of the mixture is used up.

    Add your toppings and tuck in!
