Sharing the love of Oat Cuisine across the GCC
We’re always happy to spread the word about the mighty oat and, this week, we invited some of the top foodie press and social media influencers to join us a Dubai’s exclusive Top Chef Cooking Studio.
Our special guests prepared a fabulous three-course oaty feast, specially created by none other than Top Chef’s resident culinary maestro, Thibaut Bertin, former Chef de Cuisine of the Burj Khalifa’s Atmosphere restaurant. Top UAE nutritionist Hala Barghout, of Nutritalks.com, provided healthy ingredient swaps to help manage cholesterol and diabetes, which, according to the Emirates Diabetes Society, affects almost 20% of the UAE.
