To mark the official opening of our Mill Kitchen we invited Karen Barnes, Editor of Delicious Magazine and Melanie Leyshon, Editor of the Healthy Food Guide to sample some delicious 'oaty' recipes. Cooked up by our resident chef Cleo Sadler, the launch menu featured recipes such as Soda Bread and savoury Asian Oats!
Over the coming months we'll be inviting more guest foodie bloggers into our Mill Kitchen to see what 'oaty' creations they can cook up. Watch this space for more updates and inspiring oat recipes.
