Ingredients

THE TERIYAKI SALMON 

2 skinless salmon fillets

4 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp honey

2 tsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Pinch of salt and pepper

THE RICE 

1 pouch of Oat Made Golden Vegetable or Savoury Original 

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

TO SERVE 

Pinch of sesame seeds

Chopped spring onions

Optional: Avocado

Optional: Sriracha

Optional: Broccoli/ other vegetables of choice

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  • Mix your teriyaki sauce ingredients together, then add your salmon to an ovenproof dish, pouring your teriyaki sauce over, coating completely.
  • Add your salmon to the oven, leaving it to bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on how you like it.
  • Add your Oat Made Pouch to a bowl, just before you’re ready to serve, with your soy sauce and sesame oil. Microwave for 90 seconds on full power.
  • Prep any veg you like here too – we steamed our broccoli with salt.
  • Once your salmon is cooked how you like it, remove it from the oven.
  • Add your Oat Made to a bowl, then add your salmon and veg. Pour over any remaining teriyaki sauce, then add sesame seeds, chopped spring onions & sriracha/ other sauces of choice.
