Ingredients

THE CRUMBLE 

3 tbsp oat flour (Mornflake Superfast Oats blitzed)

1 tbsp peanut butter

1/2 tsp sugar

Splash of milk

THE OVERNIGHT OATS 

8 tbsp Mornflake Superfast Oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

237ml milk (or more depending on your desired consistency)

2 tbsp yoghurt

1 tbsp honey

1/2 apple, grated

TO TOP 

Maple syrup

Your pre-made crumble

1/2 apple, diced

Method

  • For your crumble, preheat your oven to 170°C – mix your peanut butter, oat flour  (Mornflake Superfast Oats blitzed) and sugar together to form a crumble consistency, adding a splash of milk if you need to help you form a crumble.
  • Pour into a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until your crumble has turned golden brown and has started to crisp up.
  • For your overnight oats, add your Mornflake Superfast Oats, chia seeds, milk, yoghurt, honey and grated apple to your overnight oats container.
  • Leave your overnight oats in the fridge overnight or for at least four hours.
  • When ready to serve, top with yoghurt, maple syrup, the rest of your apple & your crumble.
