We’ve turned your favourite ice cream flavour into a tasty Mint Chocolate Chip smoothie, so now you can have it for breakfast. You’re welcome!
For the Smoothie
10-12 fresh mint leaves
A handful of baby spinach
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp Mornflake Jumbo oats
180ml oat milk
2 squares of dark chocolate
Sprig of fresh mint
2 square of dark chocolate, melted
Brush the melted dark chocolate around the edge of the glass and set to one side.
Place all of the ingredients, except the dark chocolate, into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add in the dark chocolate and pulse a couple of times.
Serve with shaved chocolate and fresh mint.
