30g butter

30g dark chocolate

50g light brown sugar

1 egg

10g plain flour

Creamy Superfast Oats

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Melt your butter and dark chocolate together in a mixing bowl, then leave to cool slightly.
Whisk through your brown sugar and egg until you have a smooth batter.
Add your flours, mixing again briefly so there are no lumps of flour.
Transfer to a small ovenproof dish, filling no further than 3/4 of the dish with batter.
Bake your pudding for 20 minutes, until risen and slightly crisp, but still molten in the middle.
Serve with ice cream, or with a sprinkle of icing sugar.
