100g Mornflake Superfast Oats (blitzed into an oat flour)
50g wholemeal flour
1 heaped tbsp vanilla protein powder (15g)
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp honey (7g)
1 tbsp milk (15ml)
