A quick and easy banoffee oat pots recipe with a dreamy blend of banana, toffee and creamy oats, what’s not to love?!

Serves 2 Pots

2-3 of your favourite oat cookies

1 banana

4 tbsp caramel/ sticky toffee sauce

500g pot of greek yoghurt

Whipped cream to top

Beta³ Oat Bran

6 x 800g pack

Divide the crumbled oat biscuits between the base of two small jars or dessert glasses.
Spoon 1 tbsp of Greek yoghurt over the biscuit layer in each pot.
Add a few slices of banana, then drizzle over 1 tbsp of caramel sauce.
Repeat the layers with another layer of yoghurt, a little more banana and caramel.
Finish with the remaining yoghurt and a small sprinkle of biscuit crumbs.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the layers to set slightly.
Before serving, top with whipped cream, extra biscuit crumbs and an extra drizzle of caramel if you like.
