Banoffee Oat Pots

A dreamy blend of banana, toffee and creamy oats, what’s not to love!

Ingredients

Mornflake Beta3 Oat Bran

2-3 of your favourite oat cookies 

1 banana 

4 tbsp caramel/ sticky toffee sauce 

500g pot of greek yoghurt 

Whipped cream to top

Method

  • Divide the crumbled oat biscuits between the base of two small jars or dessert glasses.
  • Spoon 1 tbsp of Greek yoghurt over the biscuit layer in each pot.
  • Add a few slices of banana, then drizzle over 1 tbsp of caramel sauce.
  • Repeat the layers with another layer of yoghurt, a little more banana and caramel.
  • Finish with the remaining yoghurt and a small sprinkle of biscuit crumbs.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the layers to set slightly.
  • Before serving, top with whipped cream, extra biscuit crumbs and an extra drizzle of caramel if you like.
