Mornflake Superfast Oats are a source of wholegrain and protein.
We carefully cut the oats into three before gently rolling them. The smaller oat flakes absorb the water or milk quicker, making them cook superfast, perfect for smooth and creamy porridge oats.
2 frozen bananas
140g (1 cup) frozen mango
2 small oranges, peeled
4 tbsp Mornflake Superfast oats
Small piece of ginger
1 tsp turmeric
120ml (1 cup) coconut milk
Simply place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide between 2 jars and enjoy!
