Ingredients

60g Mornflake Gluten Free Creamy Superfast Oats
2 passion fruit
1 Mango
½ lime juice
150ml coconut water

Method

Add into you Kilner Glass Breakfast Jar the Mornflake Gluten Free Creamy Super fast oats, the seeds from 1 passion fruit and the juice of ½ a fresh lime. Pour over the coconut water and stir thoroughly to combine. Screw on the lid and place in the fridge over night.

In the morning, slice half the fresh mango into bite sized cubes, squeeze over the other half of the fresh lime juice and stir in the seeds from the other passion fruit. Remove the lid from the Kilner Glass Breakfast Jar and tip over the mango and passion fruit mix.
