30g Mornflake Superfast Oats or Organic Oats blitzed to make oat flour

240ml liquid

Pinch salt

20g vanilla whey protein powder

TO TOP 

2 tbsp yoghurt

1 tbsp jam of choice

Method

  • If you don’t have oat flour already made, blend your Mornflake Superfast Oats or Organic Oats until you have oat flour.
  • Add your oat flour and liquid to a pan, cooking until thick, then remove from the heat and add your whey protein once the oats have cooled slightly, stirring well.
  • Add your oats to a bowl, topping with yoghurt and jam and fresh fruit.
