250g frozen peas, defrosted
250g frozen broad beans, defrosted
25g Mornflake Gluten-Free Jumbo Oats
2 garlic cloves
1 lemon, juiced
14 fresh mint leaves
4 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
To Serve
A drizzle of olive oil
Sprig of mint
Fresh bread
Simply place all of the ingredients into a food processor, and blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional olive oil, or water, until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and sprig of fresh mint.
