These cookies are scarily good! Creep it real with our spooky (but kinda’ cute?!) Spider Cookies – perfect for your Halloween party, trick-or-treaters, or just a fun treat to get you in the spooky spirit.
Roll into 6 balls, then line a baking tray, pressing the dough balls down with the back of a fork to make a criss-cross pattern.
Bake your cookies for 15-20 minutes, until slightly browned and until they’ve crisped up slightly.
Leave to cool completely, then melt your chocolate.
Pour your chocolate into a piping bag, cutting off a tiny hole at the bottom, just enough for it to squeeze out of the bag (a hole of about 1/2cm in circumference).
Add 2 blobs of chocolate to the centre of each cookie, about 2pm apart from each other, then place a Malteser on the top of each blob.
Add 2 blobs of chocolate to the front Maltesers, close to each other, then place on 2 of your edible sugar eyes.
Pipe chocolate legs from the Maltesers to the outer side of the cookie
