Scrunched Crepes

Delicately thin crepes, gently scrunched for soft folds and crispy edges, a fun twist on a classic favourite!

Ingredients

90g plain flour 

30g Mornflake Organic Oats (blitzed into a flour) 

3 eggs 

237ml milk

Method

  • Make your batter by whisking everything together until you have a smooth crepe batter. 
  • Grease a large frying pan with butter, leaving on medium-low heat. 
  • Add a ladle of crepe batter to your frying pan, tilting until the batter covers the base of the pan. 
  • Cook the pancake until the top is matte then flip and cook on the other side until golden in colour. 
  • Stack on a plate and repeat with the rest of the pancake batter. 
  • Scrunch 3-4 crepes onto each plate then top with your toppings of choice.
