Ingredients

THE OATS

85g Mornflake’s Oats 

1 tbsp chia seeds

240g kefir yoghurt

250ml milk

TO TOP 

2 handfuls of raspberries

Pumpkin seeds

Chopped dark chocolate

Method

  • Add all the oat ingredients to a bowl, mixing well until combined.
  • Split between two jars or serving bowls, covering and refrigerating for at least two hours or overnight.
  • Top with your toppings and add extra syrup if you want extra sweetness.
