125g pecans
2 frozen bananas
360ml dairy-free milk
4 tbsp Mornflake Creamy Superfast Oats
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
½ tsp cinnamon
Simply place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you’d like a thinner consistency, add a splash more milk.
Pour into a couple of glasses and enjoy.
