Ingredients

1/2 ripe banana

1 egg/2 egg whites

3 tbsp of Mornflake Superfast Oats

1 tbsp plain wholemeal flour

Splash of milk

Optional: sprinkle of cinnamon

1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda

Method

Add everything to a blender for the batter, blending until smooth, then set aside.
Grease a non-stick frying pan with butter or oil, leaving on medium-low heat.
Add your batter to a squeezy bottle, then once your pan is hot, squeeze circles, between the size of a 20p coin and a 50p coin all over the pan.
Once the pancakes begin to turn matte, or holes begin to form on the surface, flip each one – we use a mini spatula to flip ours, but you could also use a knife.
Cook for another 20-30 seconds on the other side, then tip into a bowl. Repeat this process with the rest of the batter.
Once done, serve up in a bowl, serving them with milk, yoghurt & any other toppings you like.
