50g butter

25g plain flour

25g oat flour (Mornflake Superfast Oats blended)

60ml Guinness

100g matter cheddar, grated

1/2 tsp mustard

Worcester sauce

Method

Make a roux by melting your butter in a pan, then adding your flours and whisking until you have a paste.
Whisk through your Guinness, whisking until you have a smooth sauce. Then add your mustard, grated cheese and some Worcester sauce to taste.
Pour your mixture into a tub then refrigerate for at least one hour, then spread over bread and grill until the top is melted.
Serve with Worcester sauce.
