Add everything to a blender, blending until smooth.
Preheat and grease your waffle iron, then add your batter to your waffle iron, starting with a waffle the size of your palm – allow the waffle to cook fully then remove from the waffle iron and set aside.
Repeat with the remaining batter, making waffles that decrease in size every time until you end up with one the size of a £1 coin – you want between 5-7 waffles to make your Christmas tree stack – repeat this twice for 2 stacks.
Stack your waffles on top of each other, starting with your largest & gradually decreasing in size, then dust with icing sugar. Pour over maple syrup and serve.
