I have no issues with the product having purchased these oats over many years both directly with yourselves & prior to doing so, with a local outlet which closed due to the owner’s retirement. The problem with this order is the delivery, or rather, non delivery by DHL who at the time of writing, have still not done so, despite notification on two previous occassions when I checked the tracking this past week they would be delivering last Wednesday & again on Friday, both of which they have failed on. When we had deliveries from you with Yodel, they were excellent and could always rely on them turning up when they said they would, and am extremely dissapointed to have been let down by DHL, but not entirely suprised, as this company has let me down previously over non deliveries on time in the past. if you will please in future use the services of an alternative carrier I would be most grateful. Thankyou.
Shame about the delivery driver. Never rang the bell, just left on doorstep, in full view. Cardboard box opened down 1 side, for anybody to see what was inside.
