Ingredients

400ml coconut kefir (alternatively, use coconut milk or yoghurt)

240g frozen mango

4 tbsp Mornflake Scottish Jumbo Oats

1 tsp turmeric

½ tsp cinnamon (plus extra for topping)

Pinch of black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

Method

Simply place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into two glasses, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
