½ courgette

4 tbsp Mornflake Gluten-Free Superfast Oats

2 tbsp cashew nuts (optional)

A big handful of spinach / kale, washed

240ml coconut milk (or creamy milk of choice)

1 lime, juiced


Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy.
