Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

These peanut butter and oat protein balls are deliciously moreish. Packed with fibre and protein these are an easy on the go snack or afternoon treat. Created by our friends at the Clean Supper Club.

Ingredients

100g Mornflake Gluten-Free Superfast Oats

165g almonds

150g dates

65g smooth peanut butter

2 tsp (10g) Maca powder

30g That Protein – Nutty Nutty Peanut Butter Super Protein Powder

40g coconut oil

Method

Place the dates into a food processor and blitz until they form a smooth paste. Add the oats, almonds and the remaining ingredients. Continue to blend until all the ingredients have combined and the mixture binds together when pressed between your fingers.

Take a small handful of the mixture and either weigh on the scales for an even size and roll into a ball or just roll each handful into a ball. Continue doing this until the mixture has finished.

Place the rolled balls into the fridge for around 1 hour to chill. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Use within a week. They also freeze well.
