1 fresh peach
40g Mornflake Gluten Free Superfast Oats
Thumb-sized piece of ginger
1 medium banana
2 small dates
1 heaped tsp almond butter
300 – 350ml almond milk
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth and fully combined.
