150g (slightly heaped cup) Mornflake Creamy Superfast Oats ⁣

4 tbsp butter/spread/coconut oil⁣

2 tsp cinnamon⁣

2 tbsp honey/maple syrup/brown sugar⁣

For the apple base

3 eating apples

1 pear⁣ (or 1 cup of mixed berries – can be frozen)

Juice of 1 orange/2 satsuma (or 1/4 cup/60ml orange juice)⁣

1 tbsp honey/maple syrup/brown sugar


Pre-heat your oven to 180°C and mix together the oats, cinnamon, honey and butter/spread/coconut oil.⁣

Massage the oats with your fingertips! Or alternatively, melt the butter/spread/coconut oil and mix through with a spoon.⁣

Dice up the apples and pear into small pieces (or use whole berries) and add them to a bowl along with the orange juice and honey. Mix well before adding to a baking dish (or 2).⁣

Spread the oat-crumble mixture on top of the apples & pears and bake for 20-25 minutes (or until golden).⁣

Serve with natural yoghurt or custard and enjoy!
