Mornflake Gluten Free Oats are a great source of fibre. These creamy oats are perfect for porridge or to use in baking.
100-150g frozen mixed berries
4 tbsp Mornflake Gluten Free Superfast oats
2 scoops vegan chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional – just to make the smoothie more chocolatey)
500ml cold water
Squeeze of honey (if you like it sweeter)
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
