Ingredients

1 small beetroot (roughly 85g)

100g fresh or frozen blackberries

1 small banana

30g Mornflake Oatbran

300ml unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp smooth peanut butter

Method

Peel and cut the beetroot into small chunks.  Add all the ingredients to your blender and leave to soak for 10 minutes, then blend until smooth and creamy.
