Ingredients

35g Mornflake Gluten Free Superfast Oats

350ml oat milk

1 banana

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp cashew butter

1 date, de-stoned

Method

Weigh out the oats into your blender cup and pour over 150ml of oat milk. Leave to soak for 10 minutes. Then add the rest of the milk and the other smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
