This section provides you with exercise routines specific to anticipated outcomes. Each programme is broken down in sections, with videos showing each exercise with a full demo, voiceover and coaching instructions. You can replay the exercises as many times as you need to get the technique correct. It will take some practice but with perseverance you will get fully competent at performing the routines and the great benefits both physically and mentally will soon follow. You are more than welcome to try all the programmes as they are added to the Shape Up section periodically.
