Why it's so important...

Getting active isn't just about joining a gym or a fitness center, it's about taking advantage of the great outdoors and the countryside, definately my preferred choice! Now, if you walk for just 1 hour the average person can burn up to 400 calories. The best thing, remember I said 1 hour, well, at the 30 minute mark your body starts to use stored fat as its energy source. So you get two things into the bargain; you get outdoors and you enjoy yourself and you burn of body fat!
