Posture

We all suffer from one or more distortions with our posture.  Prevention is always better than the cure in this case, which is why this programme has been filled with exercises that will help to correct typical issues within the body and to also maintain good working posture.  The posture programme is a particularly important programme as posture is one of the quickest ways to improve appearance and possibly even more importantly than this is the reduction in pain and aches throughout the body that can be achieved by enhancing posture.  This programme can be combined with any other programme or regime you may be engaged in.
