Truffles
Ingredients
50g (2 oz) butter or margarine
60ml (4 tbsps) milk
75g (3 oz) caster sugar
25g (1 oz) cocoa powder
100g (4 oz) Mornflake oats
100g (4oz) desiccated coconut
25g (1oz) chopped nuts
15ml (1 tbsp) sherry or brandy or milk

Method
Melt butter and milk together, beat in remaining ingredients, and allow to cool. Form into small balls and roll in vermicelli or more coconut if desired. Place in sweet cases and allow to set firmly.
