Sunshine Porridge

By Porridge Lady

We've used fruit juice as an alternative to milk for this porridge recipe, not only as it's great alternative for people who are lactose intolerant but it also adds Vitamin C to breakfast. In these winter months we need plenty of Vitamin C to keep us in the best of health. The orange juice in this recipe not only adds that Vitamin C it also adds a bit of sunshine colour to the Porridge oats.

This recipe was created especially for Mornflake by the Porridge Lady.
