Oats naturally provide 17g of protein per 100g and in this recipe have been combined with Greek yoghurt; another food rich in protein. This recipe also provides energy (carbohydrates) from the banana and oats to help replenish muscle stores as well as antioxidants from the strawberries for the immune system.
