75g (3 oz) Mornflake Superfast or Organic Oats
100g (4 oz) flour
65g (2½ oz) caster sugar
150g (6 oz) butter or margarine

Method

Cream butter and sugar.  Mix together the oats and flour then add to the creamed butter and sugar. Knead until pliable. Cut into fingers 1cm (½”) thick or press into a mould.  Bake in oven at 160°C/350°F/gas 4, for 20-25 minutes.
