Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) gas mark 4 and lightly oil a 20 cm / 8 in square cake tin. Melt the margarine and honey together in a large saucepan, then stir in the Mornflake oats. press the mixture into the prepared tin. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Mark into fingers while still hot, then leave to cool in the tin until cold.
