Place the 80g of Mornflake Superfast Oats into a saucepan.
Add the milk and water and bring to the boil.
While the porridge is coming to the boil stir occasionally and half the two Passion Fruits and remove the pulp and seeds into a bowl.
When boiling stir continuously for 1 minute.
Remove from the heat and stir in the Passion Fruit seeds and pulp.
Pour the porridge into two bowls and drizzle with a swirl of fresh single cream.
If you prefer a sweeter porridge add 1 teaspoon of Demerara sugar.
Why not try sprinkling the sugar in a heart shape!
Cut a heart shape out of a piece of paper and then sprinkle the sugar over the cut out heart to leave a heart shaped impression on the top of the bowl.
