    Peel and remove the seeds from the papaya fruit. Slice into long thick strips and set aside while you make the Porridge.

    Into a saucepan place the Mornflake organic oats, pineapple juice, water and stir thoroughly.

    Place the saucepan over a high heat and stirring constantly, cook for 3-4 mins or until you have a nice thick porridge.

    Pour the porridge into two bowls.

    Decorate the porridge with the papaya slices and finally garnish with the coconut.
